Job summary

Virtute Construction Llp is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to execute and supervise external development and civil infrastructure works. The initial deployment will be at the Mangalore project for a short duration, followed by transfers to Bangalore projects upon successful completion.

The candidate will coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, consultants, vendors and contractors, supervise site teams, and ensure work is carried out per drawings and quality standards while

Qualifications

• Experience in executing external development and civil infrastructure works at project sites.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and site levels.
• Knowledge of contractor billing and measurement procedures.
• Hands-on supervision of contractors, labourers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage external development and civil works at the project site.
• Plan and monitor paver block works, kerb stone installations and concrete road works.
• Coordinate daily activities of contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Mobilize manpower as required and ensure timely progress.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and project schedules for timely completion.
• Check measurements, quantities and workmanship on site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, consultants, vendors and contractors.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare daily progress updates and material requirement reports.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager who is competent in executing and managing external development and civil infrastructure works. The candidate will initially be deployed at our Mangalore project for a short-duration project and, upon successful completion, will be transferred to Bangalore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise external development and civil works at the project site.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paver block works, kerb stone works, and concrete road works.
• Coordinate daily activities of contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and site teams.
• Mobilization of Manpower for required work.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, levels, line, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion within project schedules.
• Check site measurements, material requirements, quantities, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily progress updates, work reports, measurements, and material requirements.

Required Technical Competency:

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in:

• Paver Block / Interlocking Paver Works
• Kerb Stone Installation
• Concrete Road Construction
• Must Require knowledge of contractor billing.
