• 10+ years of site supervision/management experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings and translate them into on-site actions.
• Strong knowledge of materials, measurements, finishing, and basic construction processes.
• Effective manpower and contractor management with good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients as required.
• Manage site workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
• Ensure work is performed per approved drawings, designs, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure completion within planned timelines.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage at site.
• Check measurements and workmanship and identify discrepancies.
• Read and understand architectural and interior working drawings.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and records.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate timely solutions with the team.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for timely completion.
