Job summary

HB Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our theme park venue in India, Uttar Pradesh (Dadri).

The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, managing a team, and driving sales while ensuring safety and high standards across the site. The position requires full-time availability, physical capability for lifting and standing, and experience in amusement games at supervisor level.

Qualifications

• Have great guest service and communication skills.
• Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets.
• Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to lift 20lbs and stand for up to 8 hours (including potential overtime).
• Be available full time, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in amusement games at supervisor level.
• Team management or supervisor skills with FEC experience.
• Sales experience of 1 year (Desirable).
• Customer service of 1 year (Desirable).

• Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
• Be available full time. Including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
• Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards.
• Experience in amusement games at supervisor level.
• Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
• You will be self-directed and highly motivated
• Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
