1) Job Purpose:
To lead end-to-end site construction and execution activities for large-scale Wind projects (100+ MW portfolio) by driving safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery while managing all site functions, contractors, OEM coordination, and cross-functional execution teams.
Operating from remote wind project sites, the role is responsible for overall construction leadership and execution management across multiple work fronts including civil, electrical, mechanical, WTG erection, commissioning coordination, logistics, EHS, and stakeholder management.
Key challenges include managing large-scale execution under aggressive timelines, handling multiple contractors and OEM dependencies, coordinating heavy equipment and logistics in remote locations, ensuring workforce productivity and safety, resolving site-level execution bottlenecks, and driving seamless coordination across all site functions to achieve commissioning targets.
The role requires a strong site execution leader currently handling complete site responsibility for Wind projects. Profiles limited to Mechanical Lead, Electrical Lead, or purely Project Planning/Project Management roles without direct site leadership exposure will not fit the requirement.

Execution Management
Drive execution across civil, electrical, mechanical, WTG erection, switchyard, and transmission scope
Lead and manage all site teams including construction, EHS, QA/QC, planning, logistics, and contractor workforce
Contractor & OEM Management
Coordinate with WTG OEMs, EPC contractors, crane agencies, and vendors for execution alignment and issue resolution
Project Schedule & Milestone Management
Monitor construction progress, track milestones, identify risks, and drive recovery plans
EHS & Quality Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards, permit systems, quality benchmarks, and zero-harm culture
Logistics & Resource Planning
Manage site-level coordination for heavy equipment, cranes, WTG components, and manpower deployment
Stakeholder & Local Coordination
Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and project stakeholders for uninterrupted site execution
Cost & Productivity Monitoring
Monitor site productivity, optimize resource utilization, and control construction costs
Commissioning Readiness & Handover
Ensure punch-point closure, testing readiness, and smooth handover to commissioning/O&M teams
