Job Purpose
To lead end-to-end project management of utility-scale Wind projects by driving cross-functional coordination, monitoring project progress, resolving execution bottlenecks, and ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery. The role is based at the Head Office with regular travel to project sites to facilitate seamless execution and achieve project milestones.
Job Context & Major Challenges
The role serves as the central project coordinator between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, EHS, Commercial, Land Acquisition, Finance, OEMs, and Site Construction teams to ensure timely execution of Wind projects.
Key challenges include coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions, identifying and resolving project bottlenecks, ensuring timely availability of land, materials, and statutory approvals, managing interdependencies between contractors and internal teams, monitoring project schedules, and driving execution without directly managing site construction.
The role requires a strong Wind Project Management professional with experience in managing utility-scale wind projects from project initiation through commissioning. Candidates with only site construction, discipline engineering, or planning backgrounds without overall project management exposure will not be suitable.
