The ideal candidate will have 20–30 years of relevant industrial fermentation experience, proven plant leadership, and deep expertise in downstream processing, quality, EHS, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations and manufacturing performance.

• Oversee inoculum development, seed train, sterilization, and fermentation operations.
• Optimize downstream processing, product recovery, and manufacturing costs.
• Ensure quality compliance, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements.
