Job summary

Apollo Green Energy Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to lead solar EPC projects from inception to completion at client sites in India. You will plan, document, and coordinate across design, procurement, and construction teams to meet milestones while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained on site.

You will monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and support on‑site teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in project engineering.
• Experience managing solar EPC projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of solar PV and construction processes.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and review project documentation including specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction to meet milestones.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of solar EPC projects.

Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience in managing solar EPC projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
