Job summary

Burrito Restaurants in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Project Executive to drive construction and design execution for our new stores. This site-based role requires sharp eye for finishes and the ability to coordinate daily with vendors and contractors to deliver stores exactly as designed.

You will read GFC drawings, manage MEP and detail drawings, and lead snagging before handover. On-site work is full-time with travel across cities as needed; the position offers growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture or interior design.
• 1–3 years of on-site execution experience in interior fit-outs (QSR/retail/hospitality preferred).
• Ability to read and execute from GFC, MEP and detail drawings.
• Eye for finish quality and detailing; knowledge of materials and finishing standards.
• Proven vendor/contractor handling, negotiation, follow-up and on-site quality enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Execute store fit-outs as per approved GFC drawings across civil, interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and kitchen installation.
• Ensure design intent is translated on site: materials, finishes, colours, lighting and detailing match brand specs.
• Maintain high workmanship standards; inspect finishes (tiling, painting, carpentry, cladding, false ceiling) at every stage.
• Identify deviations from drawings early and resolve with architect/Project Manager before rework becomes costly.
• Lead snagging: prepare detailed snag lists and drive contractors to close them before handover.
• Work closely with contractors, fabricators and material vendors on scope, quality benchmarks and timelines.
• Track vendor deliverables, follow up on material deliveries and resolve on-site coordination issues between agencies.
• Monitor daily site progress against the project schedule; report slippages and risks to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site documentation: progress photos, quality checklists, trackers and MIS.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Executive to drive construction and design execution for our new stores. This is a site-based role for someone with a sharp eye for finishes who won't accept a wavy wall, a misaligned tile, or an off-spec laminate and who can work closely with vendors and contractors daily to deliver stores exactly as designed.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction & Design Execution

• Execute store fit-outs as per approved GFC drawings civil, interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen installation.
• Ensure design intent is translated accurately on site: materials, finishes, colours, lighting, and detailing match the brand specification.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship inspect finishes (tiling, painting, carpentry, cladding, false ceiling) at every stage, not just at handover.
• Identify deviations from drawings early and resolve them with the architect / Project Manager before rework becomes costly.
• Lead snagging: prepare detailed snag lists and drive contractors to close them fully before handover.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Work closely with contractors, fabricators, and material vendors on a daily basis align them on scope, quality benchmarks, and timelines.
• Conduct sample / mock-up approvals for key finishes before bulk execution.
• Track vendor deliverables, follow up on material deliveries, and resolve on-site coordination issues between agencies.
• Verify work measurements and contractor bills against BOQs.

Project Coordination

• Monitor daily site progress against the project schedule; report slippages and risks to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site documentation: progress photos, quality checklists, trackers, and MIS.

Pay Package:

Upto 4.5LPA

Travelling Allowance(Office Purpose) will be covered

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 1-3 years of on-site execution experience in interior fit-outs QSR, retail, F&B, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong ability to read and execute from GFC, MEP, and detail drawings.
• Demonstrated eye for finish quality and detailing; knowledge of materials and finishing standards.
• Proven vendor / contractor handling negotiation, follow-up, and quality enforcement on site.
• Willingness to be on site full-time, travel across cities, and work to tight launch
• Monitor daily site progress against the project schedule; report slippages and risks to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site documentation: progress photos, quality checklists, trackers, and MIS.
