Job summary

Extraw (opc) is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to oversee site execution, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, vendors, and clients to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires supervising multiple trades (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceilings and finishing) and preparing progress reports, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects for commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, or office spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting and finishing works.
• Prepare site reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Plan manpower, materials and equipment; allocate resources effectively.
• Verify measurements and prepare work quantity reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement QC measures.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues.
• Coordinate project handover and snag rectification.
