The firm delivers flagship infrastructure projects and seeks a Civil Engineer with metro project exposure to supervise on-site activities in Surat. The candidate should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least six years post-degree experience, including two years in metro projects, and will coordinate across disciplines to ensure quality, safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant post-B.Tech experience.
• 2+ years of mandatory experience in Metro projects.
• Experience in Surat Metro or similar Metro/Elevated Metro projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the Metro project site.
• Review construction drawings, specs, and method statements to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project disciplines for smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, providing solutions with the design team.
• Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Track, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve site interface issues.
