Job summary

Hifly Projects is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the design, installation and supply of Electrical Fit out Projects. You will draw up schedules, allocate time, resources and budget, and manage staff to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, outlining costs, leading a multi-disciplinary team, negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers, and maintaining progress reports

Qualifications

• Experience in managing electrical fit-out projects.
• Ability to plan schedules, allocate time, resources and budget.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

As an electrical project manager, would be responsible for overseeing the design, installation and supply of Electrical Fit out Projects. Day-to-day, youd draw up schedules, allocate time, resource and budget, as well as manage staff to ensure work is completed on time, to a high standard.

The job role of an electrical project manager you could be:

• Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve.
• Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project
• Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver an electrical operationproject.
• Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines.
• Developing step-by-step project plans
• Leading a multi-disciplinary project team
• Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers
• Liaising with staff at every level
• Overseeing several aspects of a project at the same time
• Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders
• Resolving any issues or delays
