Job summary

TrackSo is an IoT-based remote monitoring company in Delhi that seeks a Site Engineer to oversee field-level installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of data loggers at customer sites. The role requires frequent travel across the region and coordination with our in-house tech support for successful deployments.

You will visit solar plants and other facilities, ensuring commissioning, documentation, and on-site training when needed, while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of field experience in electrical/IoT/Solar industry (freshers can also apply).
• Basic understanding of data loggers, sensors, and communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with remote teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites to install, configure, and troubleshoot data loggers and sensors.
• Coordinate remotely with the technical support team for device setup and live testing.
• Ensure successful commissioning and reporting of the installed devices.
• Maintain installation quality standards and ensure documentation is completed.
