Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a Site Engineer cum Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution in Mysore on an on-site setup. You will supervise labor, read drawings, ensure quality checks, and uphold safety standards to keep the project on schedule.

The role requires a Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in site execution and supervision. You will coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 35 years of site execution and supervision experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Blueprint reading, labor management, material reconciliation, quality checks, basic MS Office/Excel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and comfort working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, assign tasks to labor/subcontractors, and ensure work stays on schedule.
• Technical Execution: Read and interpret structural/architectural drawings (GFC) and ensure accurate alignment on-site.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine quality inspections, raw material testing, and verify standard construction practices.
• Material & Inventory: Track material consumption, prevent wastage, create daily requisitions, and maintain inventory logs.
• Site Safety: Enforce mandatory safety protocols (PPE usage, site security, hazard mitigation).
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track labor turnout, and record MB (Measurement Book) entries.
• Coordination: Liaise with Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors to resolve on-site execution issues quickly.
