Job summary

Swarachna Infra is seeking a Skilled Site Engineer to oversee RCC works for a Residential and Commercial project in Shirur. You will supervise daily RCC activities, read drawings, and coordinate with labour teams on-site.

The role requires hands-on experience with RCC execution, ability to work independently, and familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Immediate joining preferred for a Pune-area candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in RCC work execution and supervision.
• Ability to read structural/architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
• Good communication and labour handling skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day RCC site activities.
• Prepare BBS for steel and maintain daily concrete/material logs.
• Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works.
• Check work against drawings and maintain DPR.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors and labour.
• Quantity checking and site material consumption.
• Ensure quality and safety on site.
• Assist senior engineers in planning and execution.
• Monitor material consumption at site.

Job description

We are looking for a Skilled Site Engineer for execution and supervision of RCC works at our Residential and Commercial Building Project in Shirur.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision of day-to-day RCC site activities
• Preparing BBS for Steel Consumptions and Maintaing daily record for Concrete and other material consumed at Site.
• Monitoring shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works
• Checking work execution as per drawings
• Maintaining DPR (Daily Progress Report)
• Coordination with supervisors, contractors, and labour teams
• Quantity checking and measurement work
• Ensuring quality and safety at site
• Assisting senior engineers in planning and execution
• Monitoring material consumption at site

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of RCC work execution
• Understanding of structural and architectural drawings
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred
• Good communication and labour handling skills
• Ability to work at site independently

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates from Pune, Shirur, Ahmednagar nearby areas preferred
