Job summary

Unified Post Tensioning Systems is seeking a motivated Post-Tensioning Structure Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our site team. This role offers an excellent entry point for fresh civil/structural engineers to start their careers in post-tensioned concrete structures.

The selected candidate will assist in supervising and executing post-tensioning works under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining practical experience in stressing, grouting, and anchoring techniques on real-site projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering (recent graduate or final-year student)
• Basic understanding of concrete structures and construction methods
• Eagerness to learn post-tensioning systems and related construction techniques
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and technical documents
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Willingness to work on construction sites and adapt to field conditions
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic structural software is a plus

Responsibilities
