Job summary

Space Diseno Architects is seeking an on-site Site Supervisor in Bengaluru to oversee daily construction work in alignment with design drawings. You will supervise, inspect materials, enforce safety, and maintain detailed progress logs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The role requires hands-on problem solving to address any structural or layout issues as they arise on site, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and safety standards at all times.

• Supervising the Site: Watching over daily work to make sure it matches the design drawings.
• Quality Checking: Testing construction materials and checking the layout to ensure everything is strong and accurate.
• Safety First: Forcing everyone on site to wear proper gear (like helmets and boots) and follow safety rules.
• Tracking Progress: Keeping a daily diary of work completed, materials used, and any delays.
• Managing Materials: Ordering materials like cement and steel, and making sure nothing is wasted.
• Solving Problems: Fixing unexpected structural or layout issues right when they happen on site
