Job summary

Gina Engineering Company is seeking a capable professional to manage on-site project execution across civil construction sites in Bengaluru. The role requires ensuring quality, timelines, cost control, and adherence to approved drawings, while maintaining comprehensive site records and safety standards.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and relevant experience in civil contracting companies.

• Experience in civil contracting companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
• Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.
• Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
• Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
• Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column centering markings and Quality of concrete.
• Knowledge of layouts and ability to make BBS.
• Coordinate with Foremens and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.
