Job summary

Lucky-Tech is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee site management tasks in Mumbai on an onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in site management and a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering.

This full-time role focuses on project planning, quality control, budget and risk management, and strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience.

Responsibilities

• PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION: break down the project into milestones, assign them to the team, start the work, collaborate, and reach end goals.
• QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE: ensure products or services meet standards and customer expectations.
• BUDGET, TEAM, TIME AND RISK MANAGEMENT: plan, allocate resources, lead the team, create schedules, and mitigate risks.
• CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: engage with clients and stakeholders, provide updates and address concerns.
• HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE: ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
