Tasks & Activities

- QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE: Quality Control and Assurance are integral aspects of ensuring that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations.
- BUDGET, TEAM, TIME AND RISK MANAGEMENT: Efficient Budget Management involves the planning, allocation, and control of financial resources for a project; Team management involves assembling, organizing, and leading a group of individuals to work collaboratively toward common project objectives; Time Management in a project context entails creating schedules, defining timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed within specified deadlines; Risk Management is the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks that could impact a project.
- CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Engaging with clients and stakeholders requires understanding their expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns promptly. Regular and timely updates are crucial to keeping clients and stakeholders informed about projects.
