in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Site Construction Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. You will monitor workmanship and quality, coordinate with contractors and consultants, check materials, track progress, and maintain site records, while ensuring safety procedures and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Check measurements, material requirements, and work progress.
• Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for solutions.
• Monitor daily progress and maintain proper site records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants for technical clarifications.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned time, quality, and cost.
