Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, and manufacturing processes with practical experience in Solar Rooftop projects.

• Manage site staff and oversee projects while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and site procedures.
• Responsible for operational-level understanding of site requirements and timely execution of activities.
• Coordinate with professionals to prepare and implement work schedules meeting project deadlines.
• Oversee all safety aspects at the site, ensuring PPE use and safe working practices.
• Monitor inventories of tools, equipment, materials and spare parts at the site.
• Maintain documentation of site engineering, installation, inspection, and commissioning activities.
• Use technical knowledge to optimize site performance, improve productivity, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
