Job summary

VHAN BUSINESS ENGAGEMENTS is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee civil works at solar project sites, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations. You will supervise excavation, foundations, RCC works, cable trenching, and equipment foundations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2 years

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience in solar or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil drawings, BOQs and construction practices.
• Familiarity with IS codes, QA/QC procedures and site safety norms.
• Willingness to travel and work at remote project locations.
