P.DAS Engineering & Construction in Assam seeks a Civil Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee planning, execution and quality control of on-site civil activities. The role ensures safety, efficiency and adherence to approved drawings and IS codes, coordinating daily site operations and resources.

The candidate will prepare daily progress reports, liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, and drive timely completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Engineer/Site Supervisor on high-rise residential buildings.
• Ability to plan, supervise, inspect, and coordinate site activities per drawings and IS codes.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Role & responsibilities

Civil Site Engineer/Site Supervisor responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant IS codes. The role involves coordinating daily site operations, allocating labour and equipment, inspecting reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry works, and other structural while maintaining project schedules and quality standards. The engineer is also responsible for preparation of daily progress reports, coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, resolving technical site issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, monitoring productivity, and implementing cost-effective construction practices to achieve timely project completion without compromising quality or safety.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience as an Site Engineer/Site Supervisor on High Rise Residential Buildings.
