Role Description

The Site Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This position coordinates between design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, verifying material deliveries, maintaining site documentation, and reporting issues or delays to project leadership. The Site Coordinator helps enforce safety protocols, supports scheduling and resource planning, and resolves on-site queries to keep projects running smoothly. The role requires consistent presence at sites, proactive communication, and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong site coordination skills, including daily supervision, task tracking, and interface with contractors and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documents.
• Experience with basic project management practices such as scheduling, progress reporting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards relevant to architectural projects.
• Commitment to safety practices and compliance with site regulations and company policies.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with design teams, clients, and on-site workforce.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
