Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Site Supervisor with proven experience in residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will lead day-to-day site execution, coordinate workforce and contractors, maintain meticulous site logs, and ensure construction strictly adheres to design drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Planning & Execution: Plan day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate multi-trade labor, and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Drawing Interpretation: Read and execute architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings with high technical accuracy.
• Labor & Contractor Coordination: Supervise sub-contractors, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and resolve ground-level bottlenecks.
• Material & Inventory Tracking: Maintain on-site documentation, including material inward/outward registers, measurement sheets, daily labor reports (DLRs), and daily progress reports (DPRs).
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards, verify finishes and detailing, identify snags, and uphold site safety protocols.
• Office & Site Liaison: Serve as the direct communication bridge between site teams, project architects, vendors, and clients to report delays, verify measurements, and execute design clarifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–6 years of hands-on site supervision experience in high-end residential interiors, commercial fit-outs, or architectural construction.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret detailed execution drawings; working knowledge of MS Excel/Office for site logs; basic CAD knowledge is a plus.
• Organization & Leadership: Proven track record in managing material books, inventory verification, and labor scheduling on active sites.
• Communication: Clear, assertive communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is an advantage) to coordinate across design teams and site workers.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent practical site experience.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel across project sites within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
