Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Civil Engineer (Wind O&M) to manage civil activities across the fleet, ensuring compliance with SOPs and HSE regulations.

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years of experience is required. The role involves site surveys, BOQ handling, coordination with site teams, vendor coordination, and data tracking to optimize civil works across multiple wind projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in wind O&M civil works.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Civil survey participation and report/BOQ prep with site team.
• Coordinate with site teams and cross-function for BOQ approvals and PR creation.
• Arrange equipment hiring for civil activities.
• Lead kickoff meetings for civil activities.
• Supervise civil work from survey to completion.
• Reduce turnaround time for civil work to 7 days.
• Analyze pathway repair repetition and reduce it.
• Develop alternate vendors at each site.
• Inspect civil works on site and track MIS for events.

Job Description

Role- Civil Engineer, Wind O&M

In the role of O&M Civil Engineer under Wind O&M, will be responsible for Civil activities within the ReNew fleet by managing resources, maintaining compliance with SOPs and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities :-

• Civil Survey participation, report preparation, BOQ preparation along with site team-
• Co-ordination with site team & cross function for timely BOQ approvals & PR creation & further site executions
• Equipment Hiring for Civil related activities
• Driving Kickoff meetings for all Civil related activities
• Comprehensive civil work supervision from Survey till work completion.
• TAT reduction in overall civil work- 7 days, except FM & ROW
• Pathway repair repetition work analysis & workout to reduce the same
• Alternate vendors development at each site consolidated list-
• Physical Inspection/Visits of Civil works at site
• MIS & data tracking for all civil events across sites.

Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering
