Job summary

Makin Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Engineer/Construction Manager to supervise project sites and ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budget targets while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering degree, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech).
• 5–10 years of site engineering or construction management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
