Job summary

B M Constrotech in Vadodara, Gujarat is seeking a graduate with accounting experience to manage financial and site accounting operations across highway and building projects.

You will handle cash, imprest accounts, vendor and subcontractor bills, and cost reporting, coordinating with the HO for fund requests and approvals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily site accounts (cash, bank, expenses, advances).

1. Financial & Accounting Operations

• Maintain daily site accounts (cash, bank, expenses, advances).
• Record all financial transactions in accounting software / ERP.
• Prepare and maintain petty cash records and ensure proper utilization.
• Handle site-level billing entries and expense tracking.

2. Cash & Fund Management

• Manage site imprest account and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow requirements and raise fund requests to HO.
• Ensure all payments are supported with valid documents and approvals.

3. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

• Verify vendor bills, subcontractor RA bills, and work orders.
• Maintain records of all site-related purchases and service bills.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department for material invoices and payments.

4. Cost Control & Reporting

• Track project expenses against budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analysis.
• Maintain cost codes for highway / building activities.
