Job summary

Aptiv PLC in Bengaluru is seeking a Simulation Engineer to develop and integrate large‑scale C++ simulation software for testing ADAS and Autonomous Driving. You will work on Windows and Linux platforms and collaborate with global engineering teams to push innovations in mobility.

You will design and maintain simulation apps, integrate driving algorithms, optimize interfaces using CAN and UDP, and apply modern C++ practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software development experience with strong C++ programming.
• Experience in Windows and/or Linux application development environments.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Multithreading.
• Experience with CAN and UDP communication protocols.
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory; ADAS domain exposure is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain simulation applications running on Windows and Linux platforms.
