Job summary

Aptiv PLC in Bengaluru seeks an Advanced Software Engineer - Simulation Team Lead to guide the development and delivery of simulation solutions that validate ADAS and Autonomous Driving systems. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on coding across Windows and Linux platforms.

You will mentor engineers, own sprint planning, and drive the integration of algorithms into simulation environments, collaborating with global stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of software development experience with advanced C++ expertise.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, design patterns, multithreading, and software architecture.
• Experience with CAN, UDP, and automotive communication systems.
• Automotive and ADAS domain experience with exposure to camera/radar-based systems preferred.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
