Senior Engineering Manager - Autosar ADAS

Help shape the future of mobility. You will be leading the Engineering Team working on Active Safety projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 10-15 engineers
• Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control
• Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements
• Streamline SW Development process across OEM projects, provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews and take corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
• Plan, monitor and manage time effectively against targets

Qualifications

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are:

• BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation/Robotics) or any PG with 14-18 years of experience
• Minimum 12+ years in embedded Automotive Communication Protocol real‑time software engineering with good understanding and experience in leading a group of engineers
• Minimum 2+ years in leading project execution, customer interface experience
• Experience with MISRA C, OOPS, 16/32 bit controller architecture and SW project management involving multi‑site development
• A go‑getter, good in communication, challenges ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission
• A learning enthusiast passionate about learning, following trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
