Aptiv in Bangalore, India is seeking a Simulation Architect_SIL/HIL to shape advanced vehicle simulations. You will design scalable SIL environments, lead customer discussions, and define cloud-enabled validation strategies for embedded ADAS systems.

This senior role expects expertise in SIL/HIL frameworks, CUDA acceleration, and CI/CD integration. With 16–18 years of experience, you will drive complex multi-threaded architectures on cloud platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

• Expertise in cloud design patterns and architectures.
• RTOS and multi-threading experience.
• SIL/HIL frameworks knowledge and ADAS domain familiarity.

Simulation Architect_SIL/HIL

Help shape the future of mobility.

Your Role

Role Overview -Develop SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and designs across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable simulation environments and end-to-end validation architecture.
• Drive Customer discussions to design simulation products to meet their requirements
• Define and plan SIL and HIL validation strategies using embedded systems expertise.
• Drive automation and integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Programming for accelerating compute-intensive applications on the cloud
• Working with SIL engine, ADAS Virtual simulation tools
• DSPACE/IPG CARMAKER
• Identify bottlenecks and parallelize existing simulation code using CUDA/OpenCL or similar frameworks
• Set and track Simulation KPIs on the cloud for validation quality and coverage.
• Optimize simulation performance for C++ applications (memory, processing, real-time needs).
• Develop and maintain simulation tools and models for automotive embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align simulation with timelines, requirements, and quality standards.

Experience: 16-18 years

Your Background Skills Required

• Familiar with design patterns and architecture for cloud computing
• Designing multi thread systems working with Real Time OS
• Experience in ADAS domain/ com
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python
• Experience in parallel computing and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with deployment of simulation on cloud computing platforms
• Hands-on experience with CAN/Ethernet communication protocols and CANoe
• Expertise across SIL and HIL frameworks
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• CI/CD integration for simulation
