Aptiv in Bengaluru is seeking an Advance Software Engineer (6-8 Yrs) to contribute to PODS products in the ADAS SW Engineering team. You will develop software for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, engaging in SDLC, testing, and cross-team collaboration to deliver safe mobility solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation with 3-7 years of embedded/Autosar SW experience, strong C, MCU skills (S32, Aurix, Renesas), CAN-UDS/FBL knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Embedded/Autosar SW development experience required.
• Proficiency in C and microcontrollers is essential.
• Experience with CAN-UDS/FBL protocols and debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of SDLC from requirements to testing/validation.
• Perform unit and functional testing and resolve issues in agile setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive module innovation.

Your role

You will be working together on Software engineering tasks for PODS products. In particular you will be responsible for:

• Handle all phases of SDLC- Requirement, Design, Coding and Testing/Validation
• Perform Unit and Functional Testing
• Debugging and resolving the customer reported issues in an agile manner
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
• Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets

Your Background

A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Instrumentation)

An experience of 3-7 years

A go-getter, good in communication, challenge status quo to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv’s mission

A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions.

• Experience working on Embedded/Autosar SW development.
• Proficient in C and Microcontroller(S32, Aurix, Renesas)
• CAN -COM/Diagnostic(UDS), FBL
• Experience with development tools: Autosar Configuration tools (davinci), CANalyzer, debugger, oscilloscopes
• Understanding and working experience on ASPICE and AGILE methodologies.
