The role emphasizes CUDA/OpenCL acceleration, CI/CD integration, and performance optimization for automotive software. 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in SIL/HIL, radar processing, and real‑time constraints are expected.

• Strong embedded systems background for automotive contexts.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional teams and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan SIL/HIL validation strategies for embedded systems.
• Lead simulation activities through all SDLC phases from requirements to validation.
• Design scalable simulation environments and end‑to‑end validation architectures.
• Drive automation and CI/CD integration for simulations.
• Accelerate compute with GPU techniques (CUDA/OpenCL).
• Parallelize simulation code to optimize performance and bottlenecks.

Role Overview

Lead SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and execution across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and plan SIL and HIL validation strategies using embedded systems expertise.
• Lead simulation activities across all SDLC phases (requirements to validation).
• Design scalable simulation environments and end-to-end validation architecture.
• Drive automation and integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines.
• GPU programming for accelerating compute-intensive applications
• Identify bottlenecks and parallelize existing simulation code using CUDA/OpenCL or similar frameworks

• Set and track KPIs for validation quality and coverage.
• Optimize simulation performance using microcontroller knowledge (memory, processing, real-time needs).

• Develop and maintain simulation tools and models for automotive embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align simulation with timelines, requirements, and quality standards.
