Qualifications

• 25 years of site supervision experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dredging site operations, ensure smooth execution of work, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with the project team to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dredging activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
• Monitor site workers, operators, and equipment during operations.
• Coordinate with the Site In-Charge, Project Manager, and other team members.
• Monitor dredging progress and maintain daily work progress reports.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety rules.
• Report equipment breakdowns, operational issues, and site requirements to the concerned manager.
• Maintain records of daily work, manpower attendance, and equipment usage.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.
• Support the project team in resolving day-to-day site issues.

Qualification

• 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience

• 25 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in dredging, marine, or infrastructure projects.
