Job summary

Adani Transmission is seeking a seasoned dredging and marine operations leader to drive production planning and oversee execution at Mundra, Gujarat. You will coordinate with clients and port authorities to ensure timely updates and optimal output.

The role requires 6–10 years in dredging, proficiency with SAP, and a strong focus on safety, data-driven decision making, and team development.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Engineering diploma/degree with dredging exposure.
• Minimum 6–10 years in dredging projects or marine operations.
• Experience in SAP data handling and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and execution with data monitoring.
• Liaise with clients and port reps to provide dredging updates.
• Maintain technical specs, geotechnical data, and dredger upkeep.
• Plan and review bathymetric survey ops to inform strategy.
• Evaluate production data and prepare monthly MIS reports; manage SAP tasks.
• Manage bunkers, fresh water, and crew operations for smooth execution.
• Adhere to safety norms, conduct risk assessments, and drills.
• Lead and mentor a collaborative, high-performance team.

• Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of production data, optimizing time management and quality.

Project Management:

• Liaise with clients and port representatives to provide updates on dredging progress, addressing customer issues for enhanced satisfaction.
• Maintain technical specifications, geotechnical data, and ensure dredger upkeep for optimal output.

Survey Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and review bathymetric survey operations, analysing productivity to inform dredging strategies.

MIS Preparation and Data Collection:

• Evaluate production and consumption data, prepare monthly reports, and manage SAP tasks for efficient operations.

Resource Management:

• Manage bunkers and fresh water supplies, optimize resource use, and coordinate crew operations for smooth execution.

Health & Safety:

• Adhere to safety norms, conduct risk assessments, and prepare for emergencies with regular drills and compliance tracking.

Team Development:

• Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
