We are looking for an experienced SIAM Change Manager to lead and coordinate Change Management processes within a SIAM / multi-vendor environment. The role will focus on ensuring changes are effectively planned, assessed, governed, communicated, and implemented with minimal risk and business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Change Management processes across a SIAM / multi-vendor environment.
- Develop and manage detailed Change Plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct comprehensive Change Impact and Risk Assessments for proposed changes.
- Design, implement, and maintain Change Control frameworks, processes, policies, and governance.
- Lead and coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate change approvals.
- Ensure all change requests and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with defined standards.
- Monitor change progress using appropriate metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions where required.
- Identify and manage resistance to change through effective communication, engagement, and stakeholder support.
- Coordinate Change Management activities across multiple service providers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and best-practice adoption across service lines.
- Develop and maintain Change Management methodologies, guidelines, and best-practice repositories.
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between the SIAM function and service providers/service lines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM, Change Management, Service Management, or a similar capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience in Change Management within SIAM or multi-vendor environments.
- Proven experience developing and implementing Change Management frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Extensive experience with Change Governance, Change Control, CAB management, and Change Impact Analysis.
- Experience coordinating and governing changes across multiple service providers.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, change approval, compliance, and change documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project, resource, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High customer focus, attention to detail, and proactive approach to managing deliverables.
Education & Certification
- Graduate in Engineering or Science.
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation – Mandatory.
- SIAM Foundation certification will be an added advantage.
- Additional certifications such as ITIL Intermediate/Managing Professional, PSM/CSM, PMP/PRINCE2, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000 are desirable.
