Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking a customer-focused associate to guide shoppers through their purchase journey, highlighting product features and services to build trust and loyalty.

The role also covers daily store operations such as inventory checks, replenishment, cash/card reconciliation, and ensuring timely product delivery, while keeping SOPs up to date.

Responsibilities

• Meet & Greet customers
• Assist customers throughout the shopping journey
• Share product features & benefits with customers
• Explain services, build trust & loyalty
• Resolve customer queries pre & post sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from customers on services & product
• Daily quick count of all PIDs in the store
• Receive bulk shipments, physical count & mark receive in the system
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check bad inventory/damage products & keep in designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch / discrepancies to Store Manager
• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale.
