Job summary

Lenskart in Haryana is seeking a frontline store associate to warmly greet customers and guide them through their shopping journey. You will explain product features, address queries, and ensure timely delivery while capturing customer feedback for continuous improvement.

In addition to customer service, responsibilities include inventory control, daily reconciliations, and adherence to store SOPs and VM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Meet & greet customers and assist throughout shopping journey.
• Explain product features and services to build trust.
• Resolve customer queries pre- and post-sale.
• Ensure timely product delivery and collect feedback.

Responsibilities

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store.
• Receive bulk shipments, count, and mark received in the system daily.
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps.
• Check damaged inventory and place in designated area.
• Handover and receive products from VRX via HOP app daily.
• Highlight inventory mismatches to Store Manager.
• Follow VM guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Update SOPs daily.
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales.

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on timeReceive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
