Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking store staff to support customers with a friendly shopping journey, explain product features and services, and help maintain store standards.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, receiving shipments, replenishment, and cash/card reconciliation, while ensuring service quality from pre-sale to post-sale and maintaining a clean, orderly store environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and assist throughout their shopping journey.
• Share product features and benefits, explain services and build trust and loyalty.
• Resolve customer queries pre- and post-sale and ensure on-time delivery.
• Receive feedback from the customer on services and product.
• Daily quick count of all PIDs available in the store.
• Receive bulk shipment, physical count and mark receive in the system daily.
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap.
• Check bad inventory/damaged products and keep in designated place.
• Ensure daily handover and receiving product from VRX through HOP app.
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager.
• Follow VM guidelines and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
• Update all SOPs files daily and reconcile daily cash & card sale.
