Job summary

Lenskart in Gurugram is hiring a Store Associate to greet customers, assist through the shopping journey, share product features, and explain services to build trust and loyalty.

You will handle inventory counts, receive shipments, replenish displays, and ensure timely product delivery while keeping the store clean and compliant with VM guidelines.

• Daily quick count of all PIDs in the store
• Receive bulk shipments, perform physical count and mark received in the system
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps
• Check bad inventory/damaged products and place them in designated area
• Ensure daily handover and receiving products from VRX via HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatches/discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Follow VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all SOPs files daily
• Reconcile daily cash & card sales

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
