Lenskart in Kerala seeks a customer-oriented store associate to join our retail team. You will engage customers, demonstrate eyewear features, and guide them through the purchase journey while ensuring timely delivery and post-sale support.

From inventory checks to daily cash reconciliation, you will maintain stock integrity, restock shelves, follow VM guidelines, and uphold store hygiene. This role requires proactive communication with the Store Manager and seamless coordination of shipments

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Meet & greet customers and assist them throughout the shopping journey.
• Share product features and benefits with customers and explain services to build trust.
• Resolve customer queries pre- and post-sale and ensure on-time delivery.
• Daily quick count of all PIDs and receive bulk shipments, with counts and system updates.
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps and check damaged inventory; store handover with VRX/HOP app.
• Follow VM guidelines, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and update SOPs daily.
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
