Job summary

Lenskart in India is hiring for a store role focused on customer service, inventory handling, and store operations. You will greet customers, explain product features and services, and assist throughout the shopping journey to build trust and drive sales.

Responsibilities include daily stock checks, inventory replenishment, cash/card reconciliation, and adherence to VM guidelines while maintaining store cleanliness and timely deliveries. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory processes and POS/cash handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and assist them throughout the shopping journey.
• Share product features and benefits to help customers make informed choices.
• Explain services, build trust and loyalty, and resolve queries pre and post sale.
• Ensure timely product delivery to customers and collect feedback on services and products.
• Conduct daily quick counts of store PIDs and manage bulk shipments in system.
• Daily replenishment to fill display gaps and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
• Follow VM guidelines, maintain store cleanliness, and reconcile daily cash and card sales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Services

• Meet & Greet the customers
• Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey
• Sharing product features & benefit with the customers
• Explaining services , building trust & loyalty
• Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale
• Ensure product delivery to the customer on time
• Receive feedback from the customer on services & product

Inventory Management

• Daily quick count of all the PIDs available in the store
• Receive bulk shipment , physical count & mark receive in the system on daily basis
• Daily replenishment to fill the display gap
• Check the bad inventory /damage product & keep it on designated place
• Ensure daily handover & receiving product from VRX through HOP app
• Highlight inventory mismatch /discrepancy to the Store Manager

Operational Process

• Following the VM guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store
• Update all the SOPs file on daily basis
• Reconcile daily cash & card sale
