We are hiring for a leading fashion jewellery brand - Just Lil Things

1. Customer Engagement & Styling: Welcome and engage customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations and styling suggestions to create a personalised shopping experience.
2. Sales & Target Achievement: Drive individual and store sales through effective product demonstration, upselling, cross-selling and attachment selling while focusing on UPT, ATV and conversion.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of fashion jewellery, accessories, basics and hygiene products to confidently explain product features, styling options and care instructions.
4. Store Operations & Visual Standards: Ensure products are well displayed, replenished and maintained as per brand visual merchandising and store standards, while supporting billing, stock management and daily store operations.
5. Customer Experience & Grooming: Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive store experience while maintaining professional grooming, appearance, discipline and adherence to company policies and store SOPs.
