Job summary

Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) is seeking a Senior Executive- Electrical Maintenance to lead and manage maintenance of laminated plant equipment. You will ensure preventive and predictive maintenance, train junior technicians, and drive cost-effective reliability improvements.

You will coordinate maintenance planning, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards. Experience in maintenance management and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Daily/monthly/annual preventive & predictive maintenance activities for plant & machinery.
• Adherence to preventive/predictive maintenance activities plan.
• On-job training to electricians to improve technical skills.
• Analysis of repeat breakdowns using PDCA/QC circles.
• Adherence to improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant and machinery records and update maintenance logs.
• Plan and execute maintenance within approved budgets and timelines.
• Supervise maintenance activities and ensure timely production handover.
• Generate and maintain maintenance documentation per TS16949, ISO 14001, TPM.
