Job summary

Amphenol Interconnect is seeking a hands-on supervisor for wiring harness assembly. You will lead a team, organize tasks, and ensure safety and quality on the shop floor.

The role requires 2–3 years in harness assembly, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with GD&T, ERP systems, and manufacturing processes. Rotational shifts are involved, with focus on meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in connector or wire harness assembly.
• AutoCAD proficiency and basic GD&T knowledge.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the wiring harness assembly team.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet production targets.
