Job summary

Securitas in Manesar is seeking a Shift Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations and mentor security staff. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of coverage, incident response, and adherence to security policies to ensure client satisfaction and robust site security culture.

The successful candidate will develop SOPs, coordinate with emergency services, and conduct trainings, inductions, and performance management. On-site presence is required.

• Conduct training, briefings, and inductions for security personnel and new staff.

Purpose

To lead a team of Security Officers and ensure effective daily deployment, incident response, and adherence to security standards. The role is vital in developing a robust site security culture and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate on-duty Security Officers to uphold performance and ethical standards.

Scope of Work

• Monitor and manage all security and emergency-related procedures.
• Investigate and report security incidents and risks.
• Ensure controlled contractor and visitor access to the site.
• Support card access creation and visitor management.

• Ensure timely maintenance and fault resolution of security equipment.

Relationship Management

• Maintain service quality in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors for special projects.
• Conduct training and foster values aligned with Securitas and JM standards.
• Support site events and incident management activities.
• Maintain strong working relationships across stakeholders.

People Management

• Plan manpower requirements and oversee security staff recruitment.
• Monitor staff performance and facilitate development.
• Approve leaves, manage absenteeism, and ensure adequate shift coverage.

Health Safety

• Maintain clean and safe work environments.
• Ensure proper reporting of damaged or missing equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities.
• Provide fire/life safety training and ensure corrective actions for identified hazards.
