D Search Begins in Ludhiana invites applications for the role of Shift Officer - Yarn Dyeing. The incumbent will supervise the yarn dyeing shift, oversee production planning, manpower allocation, and maintain shift records to ensure on-time dyeing schedules.

Responsibilities include executing and monitoring package dyeing operations, operating HTHP, performing shade matching, and applying CCM knowledge. The candidate will coordinate with quality, production, labs and maintenance to keep

Qualifications

• B Tech or Diploma in Textile Chemistry/Technology/Processing.
• Experience in Yarn Dyeing and CCM and package dyeing operations is mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab.

Responsibilities

• Manage Yarn Dyeing shift with production planning, manpower allocation, records, and on-time dyeing schedules.
• Execute and monitor Package Dyeing operations.
• Manage and operate HTHP equipment.
• Perform shade matching and CCM testing knowledge for dyes and chemicals.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Lab and Maintenance departments.

KRA's

1. The Incumbent shall be responsible for managing YARN DYEING shift with focus on followings: (shift wise Production planning , manpower allocation, production records, shift records, and ensure timely completion of dyeing schedules.)
2. He shall execute and monitor PACKAGE DYEING OPERATION .
3. He shall be managing and operating HTHP.
4. He shall perform shade matching and must have strong technical know how on CCM and testing knowledge of dyes and chemical.
5. He shall coordinate and maintain excellent relationship with quality, productions,Lab and maintenance departments.
