Job summary

Vardhman is seeking a production professional to execute and monitor package dyeing operations in Ludhiana. The role focuses on precise shade development and matching as per customer specifications, while operating HTHP dyeing machines to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities include shift planning, manpower allocation, monitoring chemical consumption, and maintaining production records. CCM experience and familiarity with yarn dyeing environments are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Textile Chemistry/Processing is required.
• Hands-on experience with HTHP package dyeing machines is mandatory.
• Experience with CCM systems and shade matching is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Execute and monitor package dyeing operations as per production plans.
• Ensure accurate shade development and shade matching as per customer requirements.
• Operate and supervise HTHP Package Dyeing Machines to achieve production targets.
• Conduct shift-wise production planning and ensure timely completion of dyeing schedules.
• Allocate manpower effectively across machines and workstations during the shift.
• Monitor dye and chemical consumption to ensure process efficiency and cost control.
• Perform shade evaluation and approve shade passing as per quality standards.
• Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain process parameters, production records, and shift reports.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech OR Diploma in Textile Chemistry/Processing

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 4 years' experience in Package Dyeing operations.
• Hands-on experience in operating and managing HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) Package Dyeing Machines is mandatory.
• Candidates from yarn dyeing manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Experience in Computer Color Matching (CCM) systems, shade matching.
