Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage dyeing operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Maintain high standards of product quality by monitoring dyeing processes and making necessary adjustments.
• Oversee the operation of dyeing machines and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and other relevant metrics.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Textile Processing or Chemistry.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in dyeing operations within the textile industry.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals, and machinery, along with CCM techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
